2. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of ByCuts, you may be required to register an account using Google OAuth or third-party authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. YouTube & Third-Party Platform Terms
ByCuts integrates directly with third-party social platforms, including YouTube, via official APIs.
- By connecting your YouTube channel to ByCuts, you expressly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- You acknowledge that ByCuts relies on third-party APIs (such as YouTube API Services) to schedule and upload content. We are not liable for service interruptions, API rate limits, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms on your channels.
4. Content Ownership & Copyright Responsibility
You retain all ownership rights to the original content you process through ByCuts. However, by submitting content to our platform:
- You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to process, edit, and publish the media provided.
- You agree not to use ByCuts to process copyrighted material owned by third parties without explicit legal permission.
- ByCuts reserves the right to terminate accounts that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights or violate Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) standards.
5. Payments, Billing & Refunds
ByCuts offers pay-per-video processing and subscription plans processed through authorized third-party gateways (such as Stripe and Web3 payment providers).
- Fees are charged at the time of order or processing confirmation.
- Due to the immediate computational costs involved in video processing, AI transcription, and rendering, payments are generally non-refundable unless a systemic platform error prevents clip delivery.
6. Prohibited Activities
When using ByCuts, you agree not to:
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or violates community guidelines of target platforms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the ByCuts infrastructure and APIs.
- Bypass access restrictions or authentication systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByCuts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of channel reach, account suspensions on third-party networks, or loss of profits arising out of your use of the service.
